Terms of Service

By installing and using the Clear Approve Google Sheets Add-on, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Description of Service
Clear Approve provides a productivity tool within Google Sheets to generate and send data snapshots via email as HTML cards or PDF attachments. The service includes three modes: manual sends, scheduled automated reports, and event-driven smart triggers. The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available."
2. License & Subscriptions
- Trial Version: New users may be granted a limited number of free sends to test the service.
- Pro License: Unlimited sends and premium features require a paid subscription.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or banking information.
3. Refund Policy
Since Clear Approve offers a free trial to test all features before purchasing, we generally do not offer refunds once a Pro license has been activated and used. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent the service from functioning, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for a manual review.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you select and the email addresses you enter.
- You are responsible for the schedules and triggers you configure, including the recipients and frequency of automated emails.
- You agree not to use the service for "spamming" or sending unsolicited commercial emails.
- You must comply with all Google Workspace and Gmail acceptable use policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
Clear Approve and its developers shall not be liable for any data loss, incidental damages, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, as the service relies on Google’s infrastructure.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Add-on constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
